Atlas properties based in Fort Worth announced plans to move into the Dallas real estate market offering competitive pricing on Downtown Dallas condos.  Atlas has already been a big player in the Fort Worth real estate market investing in many projects such as the historic Electric Building in Downtown Fort Worth.   Atlas acquired 56 units of the 96 unit Dallas urban condo subdivision at Piazza Siena in a bulk sale.  Piazza Siena was converted to condos in 2007 and sold as new refurbished construction condos.  Piazza Siena offers a European style atmosphere with a large courtyard, underground parking, swimming pools, fitness center and newley finished interiors with granite counters stainless steel appliances, and travertine flooring.

Atlas properties has plans to market the Piazza Siena condos at prices significantly below competing projects.  One condos are expected to start around $99,000 and two bedroom at $135,000.  Dallas condo buyers will also have the option to customize their units with different granite counter colors, paint colors, and bathroom options.  Atlas is conident their new Dallas condo investment will be a hit and inventory will move very quickly.  Competitive pricing, low interest rates, buyer tax credits, and multiple financing options make the new condos in Dallas a hard deal to pass up for those looking to relocate into the Downtown Dallas area.
